meet our coaches

Jaime played for seven years at the highest level in Scotland before moving to Australia, where he now plays and coaches. In 2024, he founded Total Baller Melbourne, bringing a wealth of professional experience to the program. He is passionate about developing young players and raising the standard of football in Melbourne, creating clear pathways for talented athletes to progress—whether that’s to NPL, A-League, or representing Australia and beyond.

Carlton is a current player for Brunswick Juventus with experience across NPL Victoria, NPL Queensland and Segunda B youth in Spain. He has coached in youth development at Redlands United and Faith Lutheran College, bringing a modern, education-driven approach to help young players reach their potential.

Damien is a central defender who spent four seasons with the Melbourne Victory Academy, progressing from the Under-18s to the senior NPL squad. He captained the NPL team, made his A-League debut against Wrexham AFC at Marvel Stadium, and now shares his experience to develop the next generation of footballers.

Isabella is a central defender and midfielder who has played with Melbourne City in the A-League Women’s competition for the past four seasons. She represented Australia with the Junior Matildas, winning the 2022 U18 ASEAN Football Tournament, and has been part of back-to-back premiership-winning squads. She brings professional experience and passion to help young players grow their game.
